Marissa Pueschel

Marissa Pueschel read Music at St Peter’s College, Oxford, graduating in 2009. She attended the Junior Department of the Royal College of Music during her last two years of school, where she studied with Sarah Francis, and was principal oboist of the Oxford University Orchestra.

A former member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, Marissa has played under some of the world’s leading conductors, including Sir Colin Davis, and has performed in prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall. She is now in the second and final year of her Masters course at the Royal College of Music, where she studies under renowned oboist David Theodore.
